- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Iv just read your reviews and going by the radio advertising you state you bulk bill so why was the lady to be charged 2 consults when should have been free. misleading the public with your information and sounds like your team all need a course on people skills. I definently wont be wasting my time n health at your clinic. Thankyou to all the people who left reviews i found them extremely helpful in making a choice for my familymarniegail1972 littleOctober 10, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have a 10 week old baby who became ill at night time. I headed straight to the children's hospital and stopped on my way at this after hours clinic. The receptionist advised me that they had a booking system but that the doctor would only be 20 minutes and they could fit in my baby. As I was waiting, I noticed a rash on my baby's stomach and he became very warm. I asked the other receptionist (the original one was busy) If I would be better off going to PMH and explained his symptoms and she said that I would be the next one to be seen. I waited some more and during this time one of the receptionists went home and when I asked what was going home, I was told it was a one hour wait/3 patients and that I'd been told the wrong thing. I was upset and taken to a room where inwas told the GP would see me straight away, I had to wait longer and eventually left and passed the GP who glared at my Baby and I. A highly irresponsible practice in my opinion - it is normal to have to wait for a GP but not when you've twice been advised by the receptionist that it will be a short wait and your baby is in distress.Leece HumphreyJanuary 10, 2017
